1. OVERVIEW DistroFill ("the Extension") is a browser extension that auto-fills upload forms on DistroKid. This Privacy Policy explains how the Extension handles data.
2. DATA WE COLLECT DistroFill stores the following data locally on your device: artist profiles, form fields, preferences, track lists, and license status — saved using Chrome's built-in storage API (chrome.storage.local). Audio file metadata is read directly from your device and never transmitted. No usage analytics or telemetry are collected by the extension itself.

Purchases are processed by Gumroad (gumroad.com). We receive your email address and order reference from Gumroad solely to validate your license. No other personal data is collected.

1. DATA WE SHARE We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party. Your license key is sent to Gumroad's API solely to verify your purchase — no other data is transmitted.
2. PERMISSIONS The Extension requests the following Chrome permissions and uses them solely as described:

• activeTab — Used only to verify the active browser tab is on DistroKid before injecting form data. • scripting — Used only to inject form field values into the DistroKid upload page at your explicit request (when you click "Fill DistroKid Form"). • storage — Used only to save your artist profiles, form fields, and preferences locally on your device.

No permission is used for any purpose beyond what is described above.

1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES DistroFill communicates with one external service: Gumroad (api.gumroad.com), used only to verify your license key at activation. No other third-party services, servers, or APIs are contacted. Gumroad's privacy policy applies to any data processed on their end.
2. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY The Extension is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
3. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY If this policy is updated, the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
